Our Ethos
The Pillars is a pragmatic framework based on a simple framework: Be clear what matters most to you, and live accordingly. People who follow this principle are happier, achieve more, and live healthier lives.
Life in Integrity
The Pillars framework is based on a simple idea: If we know what really matters to us, and we prioritise our time accordingly, we should really live happier and healthier lives.
But why is it that so many of us seem to be doing the exact opposite? Why do we neglect our health, spent too little time with children, or slack on a healthy lifestyle. And why is there suddenly a huge mental health crisis, and everyone is talking about self-optimisation and longevity, sharing suggestions that seemingly change one’s life with one simple hack.
It’s not that simple. There is no magical cure, no quick fix, and no substitute for a meaningful life.
But it’s not that complicated either.
We believe that life is complicated and messy, and values are anything but clear. Then, there is a lot of noise, a lot of distraction and cheap gratification. So, it is not surprising that many of us do not live their life in integrity, and as a result, face huge challenges in their relationships, work, health, and happiness.
The Pillars is a prescriptive frameworks that assists anyone who is up for the challenge to create a life in integrity, resulting in better health, stronger relationships, higher performance, and a higher level of overall happiness.
The framework is highly effective in both personal and professional settings. Grounded in science, our framework has assisted people from all backgrounds to achieve more, both in their personal and professional lives.
The Five Pillars
The Pillars Framework divides areas of life into five distinct, yet highly interrelated ‘Pillars’: Me, Family, Community, Work/Contribution, and Wealth. Each Pillar is further divided into building blocks, that each have an influence on the strength of the respective Pillar.

The Pillars is an actionable framework to identify misalignment and restore integrity
The key to effective time management is that time is spent in a way it really matters, i.e. in line with what is important to us. Aligning our focus accordingly has a huge impact on the way we feel, the quality of our relationships, the energy we have for work. This, on the other hand, has a significant impact on our
Avoid misalignment
Prolonged misalignment is associated with high levels of stress, lack of purpose, breakdown of relationships, poor health, and many other adverse outcomes on us and the people around us.
The Pillars takes a deliberate approach to create alignment which has a significant impact on our participants’ lives – both personally and professionally.
Create Integrity
Integrity is established when people focus on areas of their lives that matter the most to them.
While this seems obvious, 95% of participants have reported significantly positive impact of the program within three months. They feel more connected to their loved ones, more energised, and have an increased capacity to take on life’s challenges.
The program entirely changes the way we look at ourselves and how we focus our attention.
Strong Pillars
Pillars tend to be strong when they have a robust constellations of building blocks. This usually happens when they are nurtured through meaningful activities. For example, individuals that frequently engage in activities that meaningfully cultivate building blocks in the ‘me’ pillar, tend to see significant improvements within 2-3 months.
Weak Pillars
When Pillars do not receive the required focus, we would consider these weak. Individuals with weak Pillars tend to neglect areas of their lives, resulting in adverse outcomes within this area that often spread across other areas and affect the overall wellbeing of the individual.
