A seasoned entrepreneur and father of four, deeply passionate about the human experience, particularly in the realms of purpose, contribution, and connection. Throughout Mike’s career, he has led impactful ventures, including Evolution, an outdoor training community serving over 30,000 people, and initiatives like You Move Me, which provided prosthetic limbs to Bolivian amputees. Mike’s work is grounded in personal experience, aiming to simplify complex ideas into practical, sustainable actions. His commitment is to distill truth and make meaningful contributions to individual and collective growth.

Toby McKinnon
A father of two girls, loves the outdoors, and just happens to also have a wealth of corporate experience. Toby’s career spans decades across various industries, from Fortune 500 and ASX 200 companies, right through to startups. Having always been deeply people-centric, he’s made a priority of creating positive psychosocial cultures. Toby excels in helping individuals unlock their full potential, ultimately benefiting their teams and the organisations they serve. His approach fosters environments where people thrive, leading to enhanced personal and corporate success.

Dr Chris Meier
A serial entrepreneur, academic, and father of two energetic boys. Over the last ten years, Chris has founded several businesses, ranging from an event venue in Bangkok to an equipment finance business in the coffee industry. Holding a PhD in Behavioural Economics, Chris has published his work in leading journals, and has lectured at UNSW and UTS, mainly as part of MBA and other postgraduate programmes. Chris is passionate about challenging the status quo, creating meaningful impact, and gaining a deep insight into human decision making and wellbeing.

Alexandra Eden
A trusted leader in performance and human potential, Alexandra has worked across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and international sports teams, gaining deep insight into the inner workings of human-focused cultures. With formal training in performance and sports psychology, somatic healing, lifestyle coaching, and breathwork facilitation, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to self-mastery and peak performance.
Beyond strategy, Alexandra has led workshops, women’s circles, and one-on-one coaching, guiding people toward clarity, embodiment, and alignment. Rooted in Stoic philosophy, psychology, and holistic coaching, her approach is both practical and transformative, bridging ancient wisdom with modern science.
