The journey begins with a 3-hour Pillar Discovery workshop. Participants are introduced to Capacity Rating, Burnout Propensity and The Pillars framework. Working collaboratively to create their personalised blueprint for growth.
Over the course of 8 months, participants are paired with a dedicated accountability guide who supports them in aligning their actions with their values. This ongoing partnership ensures consistent progress and maximises personal and professional effectiveness.
Program effectiveness is tracked and shared through quarterly impact reports. While individual data remains strictly confidential, key insights are presented at a group level, giving stakeholders a clear picture of overall progress and success.
