The High Performance Program is tailored for organisations that set high standards in performance – both in level and consistency. Using a joint approach from academia and professional sport, we nurture individual and team capacity to deliver better and more consistent results. It is ideal for organisations that place significant value on high performance and the wellbeing of their people.
What does the program look like?
The journey begins with a 3-hour, Pillar Discovery workshop. Participants are introduced to Capacity Rating, Burnout Propensity and The Pillars framework. Working collaboratively to create their personalised blueprint for growth.
Over the course of 8 months, participants are paired with a dedicated accountability guide who supports them in aligning their actions with their values. This ongoing partnership ensures consistent progress and maximises personal and professional effectiveness.
Program effectiveness is tracked and shared through quarterly impact reports. While individual data remains strictly confidential, key insights are presented at a group level, giving stakeholders a clear picture of overall progress and success.
