TIMELINE

The Pillars Journey

The Pillars program goes through a bunch of stages. Some paragraph may be useful here. The paragraph should be two or three lines of text. One line does not look great. for some reason.

Day 1
Pillar Discovery
During the Pillar Discovery, participants will learn about The Pillars framework, and gain deep insight into their own values and understand where they are at the moment. This initial stage is an important step in understanding “where am I, and where do I want to be”? This enables taking concrete steps towards these goals. This part is quite an eye-opener to most participants.

month 1-3
Alignment
In the alignment phase, participants commence with their ‘Pillar Practises’; activities that deliberately cultivate those areas identified as particularly important during the Pillar Discovery. First results are seen within 1-2 months.

Month 3-6
Growth
Once alignment is established, participants have cultivated the capacity to deliberately address additional areas of their lives, including a targeted focus on personal and professional goals. At this stage, we see a significant improvement in participants’ capacity and a reduction in burnout propensity and participants expand their areas of focus.

Month 6-12+
Mastery
In the sustenance phase, participants have integrated the framework across most areas of their lives and demonstrate robust scores most of the time. At this point, check ins with their guides become less frequent, but periodical Pillar audits are advised to maintain the level of integrity and to continuously deepen their practise.
GAINING CLARITY

Pillar Discovery

The Pillars Program kicks off with the Pillars Discovery. In this session, you will get familiar with The Pillars framework, we take a baseline assessment, and you will work on your personalised blueprint.

  • MODULE 1

The Pillars Framework

In the first step, you will learn about the Pillars framework, the meaning of capacity, and its scientific background. You will gain clarity how the approach impacts you, and what steps need to be taken to take full advantage of the program.

  • MODULE 2

Baseline Assessment

In the second step, we assess your baseline capacity and burnout propensity, which are important markers to measure the impact of the model. All information is fully confidential, and we never share individual responses with anyone.

In the last part of the Pillar Discovery, you will develop individual strategies to align your focus with your values, and you will meet your personal accountability partner who will assist you achieving your goals.

Pillars Guide

EStablishing integrity

Alignment

During the alignment phase, you will complete your Pillar Practises based on your individual blueprint, which you will continually refine. During this process, you will stay in touch with your Pillars Guide, who acts as your personal accountability partner. The objective of the guide is to assist you achieving your goals, and remain accountable along the way. Your guide is entirely in your corner – think about your guide as the friendly neighbourhood Spiderman.

Practically all participants significantly increase their capacity throughout the program, with 92% of participants see significant impact within a month, and 99% of participants would recommend the program to others.

CreATE GROWTH

Growth

Once participants have completed their Pillars alignment process, they have cultivated the capacity to expand their practises into other key areas. They will also engage in deliberate development and achievement of goals around personal and professional development. This is when the longer-term impact becomes more visible, including improved vitals, relationships, and career progression.

Maintenance and optimisation

Mastery

Within 8-12 months, most participants have achieved a high development of their Pillars. A high level of capacity enables them to manage the ebbs and flows of life much more effectively. At this stage, guide check-ins become less frequent. However, we recommend ongoing guide support and Pillar audits to ensure sustainable benefits from the program.
