The Pillars creates a growth mindset by building self-awareness, embrace challenges, and learn through action. Focusing on clarity, conduct, and consistency, it shifts people to adaptive thinking, enabling them to grow through pressure.

FAQ

Who is The Pillars program for?

The Pillars program is most impactful in high-volatility environment where people are expected to perform at their peak. This volatility can occur because of

  1. Career changes, e.g. future leaders, retiring athletes, professionals and service men and women.
  2. Companies in high growth mode, e.g. an overseas tech company rapidly expanding in ANZ and high growth targets
  3. Professions that are traditionally considered high stress, such as sales, consulting, professional services and the medical industry.
How do you measure impact?

We collect a number of data points, including self-assessed survey data, company data such as performance reviews, qualitative observations from managers and peers, and even vitality data from wearable technology.

All measurement scales have been scientifically validated, ensuring the robustness of our findings.

In some events we conduct A-B tests to control for externalities.

How long is the program, and what is included?

The Pillars program is 7 months, with 6 months of active intervention.

The program kicks off with the Pillars Discovery, an in-person workshop where participants learn about The Pillars framework and perform baseline data assessments.

From that point, participants will go into the 3-month alignment phase, where they will start implementing their custom Pillar Practises.

We perform an intermediate data assessment at month 3 and a final assessment at month 6.

Participants are guided by their individual Pillars Guide throughout the entire length of the program and check in for a 1:1 on a fortnightly basis.

Is The Pillars a mental health service/provider?

The Pillars is not a mental health service/provider, and is no substitute for professional medical advice. When participants feel that they need support, we encourage them to seek advice from a qualified professional.
