About The Framework

The Pillars Individual Program is a data-driven wellbeing solution designed to boost personal and professional performance by building capacity and reducing burnout. Focusing on five key life areas – Me, Family, Community, Work, and Wealth, individuals create personalised blueprints and sustainable routines. With guided support and measurable progress, the program enables individuals to thrive across all aspects of life.

  • THE PILLARS FRAMEWORK

The Five Pillars

The Pillars Framework divides areas of life into five distinct, yet highly interrelated ‘Pillars’: Me, Family, Community, Work/Contribution, and Wealth. Each Pillar is further divided into building blocks, that each have an influence on the strength of the respective Pillar.

  • WEAK PILLARS

Weak Pillars

Pillars tend to be weak when they are neglected. This is associated with poor health, strained relationships, low energy levels, or even severe conditions such as burnout. The Pillars program provides you with a structured approach that cultivates your pillars effectively.

  • STRONG PILLARS

Strong Pillars

Pillars tend to be strong when they have a robust constellations of building blocks. This usually happens when they are nurtured through meaningful activities. For example, individuals that frequently engage in activities that meaningfully cultivate building blocks in the ‘me’ pillar,

Once you join, we will place you in a cohort. New cohorts commence monthly.

GaIning clarity
Pillar Discovery
During the Pillar Discovery, participants learn about The Pillars framework, and gain deep insight into their own values and understand where they are at the moment. This initial stage is an important step in understanding “where am I, and where do I want to be”? This enables taking concrete steps towards these goals. This part is quite an eye-opener to most participants.
establishing INTEGRITY
Alignment
In the alignment phase, participants commence with their ‘Pillar Practises’; activities that deliberately cultivate those areas identified as particularly important during the Pillar Discovery. First results are typically experienced within 1-2 months.
CREATE GROWTH
Growth
Once alignment is established, participants have cultivated the capacity to deliberately address additional areas of their lives, including a targeted focus on personal and professional goals. At this stage, we see a significant improvement in participants’ capacity and a reduction in burnout propensity.
Establishing mastery
Mastery
Once participants have implemented a strong blueprint that works, the program becomes more hand-off with less frequent check-ins. We still continue data assessments to identify any dips in Pillar Practises that may creep in over time.
