Everlab’s diagnostic panel doesn’t measure how you feel. It measures what is happening at a physiological level: Inflammatory markers, hormonal function, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, cellular longevity indicators.

For most participants, the Foundation Retreat is the first time they have seen a complete clinical picture of themselves. That data becomes the foundation of everything. Performance goals, behavioural commitments, guide sessions, all of it is anchored in what your body is telling you, not what your schedule allows you to believe.

Most programmes have a quiet agreement with their clients: we will provide the framework, the environment, the access — and we will never make you uncomfortable about whether you’re actually using it. Sessions happen when you book them. Commitments are noted, not enforced.
