Most development programs give you a framework and leave you to figure out the rest. The Pillars gives you a framework, a dedicated guide, three diagnostic assessments, and seven months of structured accountability. This is what that looks like.

How to complete assessments

Start with Baseline Capacity & Burnout, then proceed with the Pillar Discovery assessment. Make sure to use the same email address for both assessments for the report to be compiled correctly.

Trust and privacy

We take your privacy very seriously, and trust is a central foundation for the success of our program. You will get the most out of The Pillars Program by answering questions honestly – raw and direct.

What happens next

Once you have completed both assessments, you will receive your Pillar Discovery report via email. This will form the foundation for your Pillars Journey and the baseline to measure your progress.

How your data is used

Trust is at the centre of The Pillars, and in line with that, we treat your data with a great deal of respect.

We use your data to produce your own impact reports, that only you and your guide will receive, and only a small number of people at The Pillars have access to. 

We do not share any identifiable information externally (this includes your employer). We only report aggregate, anonymised data to measure and report impact, and it is not possible to track information back to you.

You can, however, share your data (reports, etc) in any way you like. Your data is yours. If you would like to share your report with co-workers or anyone else – this is entirely up to you.
