And The Pillars was Born.

The foundations of The Pillars have been helping individuals for decades. It wasn’t until the three co-founders met and shared their career journeys that today’s Pillars was born and integrated into the corporate world. Driven by lived experience and a passion to help others thrive—while supporting companies truly committed to their employees, The Pillars evolved into a measurable program designed to positively impact both individuals and organisations.
